The Summer of AI is not just another internship—it’s a real-world startup incubator experience where you’ll build, innovate, and launch AI-driven solutions.
The Summer of AI Incubator LAB is an innovative entrepreneurial internship & program, designed for exceptional individuals & to help young individuals starting & driving a business, succeed by providing workspace, mentorship, and coaching. This is the opportunity to engage in high impact, innovate projects & gain valuable experience & certifications and recommendations for life.
With this incubator internship program interns are given the possibility to work in a high-intensity and real-world setting where you’ll build AI products, launch them, and pitch like a true entrepreneur. Over the course of three months, you will **experience what it’s like to build a company from scratch, experience real life innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurship. **

🌴 Work Hard, Play Hard
We are bringing together AI/data science students or early career professionals and business/PMO students or early career professionals in the ultimate pressure cooker program. You’ll be trained by industry leaders, collaborate with international talent, and experience what it’s really like to work in AI, business strategy, and process mining.
You’ll take on real-life startup roles like CEO, CTO, or CFO, develop AI-driven products, pitch to actual customers, and bring solutions to market. This is not a classroom experience – this is hands-on, high-stakes entrepreneurship. Whether you aim to launch your own business or become an expert in AI, automation, and process mining, this program gives you the tools, mentorship, and real-world exposure to succeed.

💡 AI Sprint-Based Development
This program follows a structured AI development sprint model, where you’ll work alongside top international customers and teams to create innovative AI-driven solutions.

Each sprint begins with brainstorming sessions to identify key business challenges and AI opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with global industry leaders and Ofi’s international teams to design and build AI products.

While one sprint moves into the development phase, another group may begin brainstorming with a new customer, ensuring continuous innovation and real-time market testing.

At the end of each sprint, you’ll pitch your solution not only to the customer but also to new and potential clients through our Celonis collaboration.

📄 Application ProcessApplying for the Summer of AI is simple, but we are looking for highly motivated, entrepreneurial minds who are ready to take on the challenge.
