Responsabilidades
- Lead and deliver end-to-end digital transformation projects focused on AI implementation
- Analyze business processes to identify and prioritize opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Serve as the key bridge between client business objectives and technical execution teams
- Present compelling and data-driven value proposals to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Guide and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality standards and successful client outcomes
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and process mining to drive innovation 💻
Requisitos
- 5+ years of experience in Consulting or Data Analytics roles
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (Intermediate level or above)
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Process Mining concepts
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional consultative mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
- Effective client communication and team leadership skills 🎯
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Experience with Generative AI or AI Agents
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Previous work with international and cross-functional teams
