Role Purpose
Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation systems that integrate large-scale data processing, machine learning models, and agentic AI architectures. This role focuses on hands-on implementation of LLM-based agents, RAG pipelines, data workflows, and MLOps practices, integrating AI capabilities into real business systems using cloud-native technologies.
This role also requires strong client-facing communication skills and experience working directly with clients to understand business needs, present solutions, and build trusted relationships.
Responsabilidades
Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows
Build and deploy LLM-based agents and agentic systems
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
Develop and maintain data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Build, train, and evaluate machine learning models
Integrate AI solutions with business systems and APIs
Implement MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring
Work with Big Data tools and cloud data platforms
Deploy AI systems using AWS services
Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and client teams
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and solution discussions
Communicate technical concepts clearly to business and client stakeholders
Requisitos
3+ years of professional experience in AI, ML, or data-driven systems
Strong Python programming skills
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
Experience building RAG pipelines or agent-based AI systems
Experience with Big Data tools or data processing frameworks
Cloud experience (AWS preferred)
Experience with automation platforms or workflow orchestration tools
Experience working directly with clients or in customer-facing environments
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders
