We’re looking for an AI & Automation Engineer who blends data engineering, machine learning, and automation with a strong product mindset. Someone capable of building intelligent systems that not only analyze information but also act, orchestrating workflows, deploying AI agents, and translating business challenges into scalable, secure, and autonomous solutions.
Responsabilidades
Design and implement AI agents and automated workflows integrating LLMs with APIs and enterprise data.
Build and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Orchestrate multi-step AI pipelines using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Airflow.
Develop and optimize machine learning models using large-scale datasets (Spark, Databricks).
Implement MLOps practices for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of models.
Deploy solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
Ensure data quality, monitoring, and self-healing mechanisms in automated pipelines.
Integrate AI solutions with business systems through APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms.
Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact automation solutions.
Requisitos
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience
3+ years of experience in AI/ML and automation.
Experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
Experience with LLM-based systems, RAG, and agentic architectures.
Experience working with Big Data platforms and cloud environments.
Experience integrating AI solutions with business systems and APIs.
Technical Skills
Programming: Python (ML, data pipelines, automation).
LLM Orchestration: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar.
Machine Learning: Scikit-learn, PyTorch.
Big Data: Spark, Databricks, Hadoop.
Databases: SQL, NoSQL, vector databases.
MLOps & Cloud: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, EC2, Lambda).
Integration: REST APIs, webhooks, automation tools.
Soft Skills
