A functional consultant with strategic thinking and mastery of the AX 2009 ecosystem, capable of connecting processes, technology and value for the customer.
Support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 implementation and optimisation projects, ensuring that customers' business processes are configured and executed efficiently. Combines functional consulting, process analysis and technical knowledge of the AX ecosystem.
Responsabilidades
Analyse and document business processes within AX 2012.
Configure functional modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Production, etc.).
Translate functional requirements into specifications for technical teams.
Lead sessions to gather information, validate and present solutions.
Support end-to-end implementations and post-implementation support.
Perform functional testing and ensure quality.
Document configurations and best practices.
Maintain constant communication with global customers and internal teams.
Requisitos
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration or related fields.
1–3 years of functional experience in ERP or digital transformation.
Essential experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012.
Intermediate knowledge of SQL and Python.
Knowledge of BI or automation desirable.
Advanced English.
Skills: clear communication, critical thinking, consultative approach, self-management.
