Responsabilidades
Analyse business processes and identify bottlenecks and risks.
Design continuous improvement solutions that integrate automation and redesign.
Translate customer needs into clear and viable strategies.
Lead sessions to gather information and present results.
Collaborate with functional, technical, and project teams.
Design data-driven strategic recommendations.
Participate in pre-sales and diagnostic activities.
Ensure high-quality deliverables for global customers.
Requisitos
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration, Business or related fields.
1–3 years in consulting, process analysis or continuous improvement.
Knowledge of data analysis and BI (Power BI, Tableau).
Intermediate SQL and Python.
Experience in automation or Lean/Six Sigma desirable.
Fluent English.
Skills: critical thinking, customer focus, time management, adaptability.
