Aufgaben

  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI reports and interactive dashboards
  • Translate business requirements into effective and scalable data models and visualizations
  • Optimize datasets, dataflows, and on-premise/cloud gateway connections to ensure performance and reliability
  • Integrate multiple data sources, including SQL databases, APIs, and Excel files, into unified reporting structures
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Continuously improve and standardize reporting processes to enhance data quality and usability

Anforderungen

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or Data Engineer working on enterprise-grade BI projects
  • Strong expertise in DAX and Power Query (M) for complex data transformations
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent stakeholder management and analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences 🎯

NICE-TO-HAVE

  • Experience with Azure Data Factory or Synapse Analytics
  • Python skills for data automation and workflow enhancements
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) 💻
