About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Celonis to drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging data, analytics, and process optimization.
This role combines consulting mindset, analytical thinking, and technical expertise to identify inefficiencies, optimize workflows, and deliver measurable business value.
You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement high-impact solutions.
Aufgaben
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and analytical solutions using Celonis.
Translate client needs into data-driven solutions that generate measurable business impact.
Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights and process analysis.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimization cycles.
Participate in pre-sales activities, demos, and solution presentations.
Ensure high-quality delivery and maintain strong client relationships.
Anforderungen
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in consulting, data analysis, BI, or digital transformation.
Experience working with Celonis or similar analytics platforms.
Technical Skills:
Celonis (dashboards, KPIs, data models).
SQL (intermediate or advanced).
Data analysis and business process understanding.
Nice to have: Python, RPA, Lean / Six Sigma.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Analytical and critical thinking.
Consulting mindset and results-driven approach.
Ability to translate data into business insights.
Languages:
Fluent English (spoken and written).
