OFI is hiring a technical Oracle Fusion Consultant specialized in the Payroll module, with a strong focus on API development and platform integration. The consultant must be based in Colombia and fluent in both Spanish and English, capable of leading the technical setup and supporting system integrations related to payroll.
Aufgaben
Develop and manage APIs and integrations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll module.
Provide technical expertise in configuring and customizing payroll processes.
Collaborate with internal IT and HR teams to define integration architecture and data flows.
Support data migration, mapping, and transformation processes.
Ensure compliance with Colombian payroll regulations in all technical implementations.
Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical documentation and support.
Maintain data security, confidentiality, and compliance in payroll-related operations.
Anforderungen
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll, with a strong focus on API developmentand technical implementation.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion’s architecture, integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, OIC), and payroll engine.
Experience with Colombian payroll legislation and requirements.
Fluent in Spanish and English – both written and spoken.
Proficiency in technical documentation, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience integrating Oracle Fusion with external systems (ERP, HRIS, finance tools).
Oracle Cloud technical certifications.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, or BI Publisher.
