We are looking for a Chief of Staff & Personal Assistant to the CEO, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
This unique role blends strategic leadership support with operational excellence, making it ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
Aufgaben
Partner with the CEO to define, structure, and execute key business initiatives, including growth, partnerships, M&A, and expansion.
Prepare materials for board meetings, leadership offsites, and client presentations.
Track decisions and ensure follow-through across the leadership team.
Conduct strategic analysis to support business opportunities and client projects.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, clients, and external partners.
Manage and optimize the CEO’s agenda, ensuring focus on the highest-priority items.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel, and events, and prepare briefs and follow-ups to ensure alignment and punctuality.
Handle confidential information with discretion and act as the CEO’s first point of contact for key stakeholders.
Take a hands-on, proactive, and structured approach, balancing both strategic and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Anforderungen
4–7 years of experience in consulting (Big-4, Accenture, or equivalent) or in a strategic/operational role at a high-growth company.
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.
Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and punctuality.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical thinker, able to structure and simplify complexity.
Hands-on, pragmatic, and proactive approach to both strategic and administrative tasks.
