You will take ownership of designing and executing ETL processes, building data models, and delivering actionable insights through Celonis to optimize our clients’ business operations. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine ETL processes for Celonis analysis
- Build and optimize scalable data models that represent real-world business processes
- Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop custom dashboards and KPIs using Celonis tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage your own workstreams with a high degree of independence and accountability
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in IT or Management Consulting
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath
- Strong understanding of core business processes including O2C, P2P, AP, and AR
- Demonstrated ability to manage independent workstreams and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities ✅
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Proficiency in Python or other programming languages
- Experience with Generative AI or Machine Learning technologies
- Background in project scoping and planning
