About the Role
At Ofi, we are looking for a 100% bilingual Consultant to join our team! We are interested in systems engineers, industrial engineers or related areas. The person in this position will be responsible for project implementation and continuous improvement, and it is essential that you have had previous experience in consulting roles. Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Consulting:
• Work closely with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact use cases for process mining.
• Provide strategic recommendations on how process mining can address key pain points, improve operational efficiency, and unlock value.
Value Realization & Measurement:
• Quantify the value that the applications can bring to an organization by building business cases and ROI models based on data insights.
• Continuously measure and validate the impact of solutions on customers’ KPIs and financial performance.
• Ensure that customers are achieving the expected value from their investments, driving continuous improvement and expansion.
Solution Design & Implementation:
• Partner with technical consultants and data scientists to design and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with customer processes.
• Collaborate on the development of execution plans that detail the steps for extracting and analyzing process data.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism:
• Act as a subject matter expert in process mining and digital transformation, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Represent us at industry conferences, workshops, and customer events, sharing success stories and best practices in process optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
• Provide input into product development and innovation based on customer feedback and emerging industry trends.
• Support pre-sales efforts by assisting in value assessments and proof-of-concept engagements.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience in Digital Transformation projects and consulting.
Solid knowledge of SQL, Python, Machine Learning and ability to work with databases.
Fluency in conversational English.
