About the Role
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Consultant at Ofi Services. The Senior Business Consultant will be responsible for conducting process mining, and identifying areas for improvement in client organizations. You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of process mining solutions across various industries. You will collaborate closely with customers to help them uncover inefficiencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and realize tangible business value through data-driven insights. You will work with stakeholders at all levels to demonstrate the ROI of process mining, automations and other applications, guiding them through the implementation journey, and ensuring continuous value realization. You will provide management consulting services, develop effective strategies, and communicate recommendations to clients. Technical work will be done in close alignment with our remote teams. The role is located in Amsterdam with flexibility for remote work. Travel is required, especially in the induction period. We are looking for a commercial profile that can help grow demand at current and new clients. Knowledge of change management, organizational change and good communication skills are a plus!
Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Consulting:
• Work closely with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact use cases for process mining.
• Provide strategic recommendations on how process mining can address key pain points, improve operational efficiency, and unlock value.
Value Realization & Measurement:
• Quantify the value that the applications can bring to an organization by building business cases and ROI models based on data insights.
• Continuously measure and validate the impact of solutions on customers’ KPIs and financial performance.
• Ensure that customers are achieving the expected value from their investments, driving continuous improvement and expansion.
Solution Design & Implementation:
• Partner with technical consultants and data scientists to design and implement solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, ensuring successful deployment and integration with customer processes.
• Collaborate on the development of execution plans that detail the steps for extracting and analyzing process data.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism:
• Act as a subject matter expert in process mining and digital transformation, presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Represent us at industry conferences, workshops, and customer events, sharing success stories and best practices in process optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to drive customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.
• Provide input into product development and innovation based on customer feedback and emerging industry trends.
• Support pre-sales efforts by assisting in value assessments and proof-of-concept engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
A few years of work experience who thrive in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
A few years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in value engineering, process improvement, or management consulting and providing advisory services.
Strong knowledge of business process management, process mining, and data analysis.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business insights.
Strong knowledge of process mining, business process, and change management
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders at all levels
A consultative mindset, with the ability to build relationships, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and customers in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.
English is essential, and if you speak Spanish or Portuguese, that’s a big plus!
