We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Celonis, along with exposure to
AI, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
developing and optimizing process mining solutions, automating workflows, and
integrating Celonis with various enterprise systems.
Responsabilidades
Develop and implement Celonis Process Mining solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and visualization.
Work closely with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements.
Design and optimize ETL pipelines for Celonis data models, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
Develop automation solutions by integrating Celonis with other tools like Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Python-based frameworks.
Support RPA initiatives, collaborating with automation teams to enhance business processes using process mining insights.
Maintain data integrity, governance, and security while working with large datasets from various enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.).
Optimize SQL queries, scripts, and workflows for efficient data processing in Celonis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and RPA developers, to enhance process automation.
Monitor and troubleshoot Celonis data pipelines, ensuring smooth execution and minimal downtime.
Requisitos
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-6 years of experience in Data Engineering, Process Mining, or related fields.- Strong expertise in Celonis EMS (Execution Management System) and Celonis Process Query Language (PQL).
Experience in SQL, Python, and ETL development for handling large-scale data.
Hands-on experience in integrating Celonis with enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.).
Understanding of data modeling, data governance, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Celonis certification(s) in Process Mining or Data Engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
Understanding of machine learning or AI-driven process enhancements.
