Responsabilidades
Analyze and understand the client's business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and design effective solutions.
Lead the team in the efficient and high-quality execution of assigned projects.
Ensure the delivery of final products and guarantee confidentiality in the handling of customer data.
Support the pre-sales process and participate in meetings with customers to present commercial proposals.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, contributing to the growth of the consulting area.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
Design and implement strategies that drive development and promote continuous improvement.
Prepare and deliver quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Requisitos
Undergraduate degree in business administration, systems engineering, industrial engineering or related areas.
Minimum experience of 6 months in business processes and Signavio management.
Knowledge of databases (SQL and Python).
Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Fluency in English.
Willingness to travel for extended periods.
