This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engagement Lead at OFI Services. You will be responsible for leading process mining initiatives and identifying areas for business improvement. Your role is pivotal in driving adoption and ensuring clients achieve tangible business value through data-driven insights.
You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating the ROI of process mining, automation, and AI applications while guiding them through the implementation journey. While technical execution is carried out in close collaboration with remote teams, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring continuous value realization, and growing demand among existing and new clients.
The position is based in Munich, with flexibility for remote work. Travel is required as needed for customer workshops and visits. We seek a commercially driven individual with strong communication skills and expertise in change management and organizational transformation.
Responsabilidades
Customer Engagement & Consulting
Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and objectives.
Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact use cases for process mining.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and unlock business value.
Value Realization & Measurement
Develop business cases and ROI models to quantify the value of process mining and automation.
Continuously measure and validate the impact of solutions on customer KPIs and financial performance.
Drive ongoing improvements to maximize value realization and ensure customer success.
Solution Design & Implementation
Collaborate with technical consultants and data scientists to design tailored solutions.
Translate business requirements into actionable, data-driven insights.
Assist in developing execution plans for process data extraction and analysis.
Thought Leadership & Advocacy
Act as a subject matter expert in process mining and digital transformation.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
Represent OFI Services at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide input into product development based on customer feedback and industry trends.
Support pre-sales efforts by assisting in value assessments and proof-of-concept engagements.
Requisitos
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
A few years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role, ideally in value engineering, process improvement, or management consulting.
Strong knowledge of business process management, process mining, and data analysis.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Expertise in process mining, business process optimization, and change management.
Strong communication and presentation skills for effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
A consultative mindset with a proven ability to build relationships and deliver tailored solutions.
Experience managing multiple projects and customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Fluency in English is required; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
