We are looking for a Consultant 3 who can lead client engagements, design innovative solutions, and deliver measurable business value. This role combines technical expertise, consulting skills, and strong stakeholder management.
Aufgaben
Lead end-to-end consulting engagements.
Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Design AI, Automation and Process Mining solutions.
Work directly with international clients and executive stakeholders.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions.
Translate business needs into technical solutions.
Coordinate project activities and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentor junior consultants.
Support pre-sales activities, solution design and proposals.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Anforderungen
4–6 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation.
Experience leading projects and managing client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AI, Automation or Process Mining initiatives.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced English (B2+ or C1).
Preferred technical skills
SQL
Python
Process Mining (Celonis preferred)
Power BI or Tableau
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
APIs & Integrations
Git
Agile methodologies (Scrum)
