Aufgaben
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities where AI agents and intelligent automation can create value. Design, configure, and support the implementation of AI-driven solutions, including AI agents and intelligent assistants. Translate client needs into scalable, data-driven solutions that generate measurable business impact. Lead and participate in discovery sessions, workshops, and client meetings to understand requirements and present solutions. Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation of AI and automation solutions. Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights and process analysis. Support project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Anforderungen
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience:
1+ year of experience in consulting, process improvement, or digital transformation projects. Experience working on AI-driven solutions, AI agents, or intelligent automation initiatives (mandatory).
Technical Knowledge:
Python and SQL. Machine Learning fundamentals and AI concepts. Understanding of intelligent automation, RPA, and AI-based solutions. Data analysis fundamentals and business process understanding.
