Responsibilities
Analyse processes with Celonis and identify bottlenecks, rework and opportunities for improvement.
Configure dashboards, KPIs, analytical views, and automations in Celonis.
Translate customer needs into solutions based on Process Mining.
Lead discovery, validation, and presentation sessions with stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical and functional teams for proper implementation.
Design strategic recommendations and support the improvement cycle.
Participate in pre-sales, demos, and value propositions.
Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain communication with global clients.
Requirements
Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or related fields.
1–3 years' experience in consulting, process improvement or digital transformation.
Essential experience in Celonis or Process Mining.
Knowledge of Celonis EMS (Data Models, Event Logs, KPIs, Action Flows).
Intermediate/advanced SQL; Python or RPA desirable.
Fluent English.
Skills: critical thinking, clear communication, consultative approach, autonomy.
