Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and identify bottlenecks and risks.

  • Design continuous improvement solutions that integrate automation and redesign.

  • Translate customer needs into clear and viable strategies.

  • Lead sessions to gather information and present results.

  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and project teams.

  • Design data-driven strategic recommendations.

  • Participate in pre-sales and diagnostic activities.

  • Ensure high-quality deliverables for global customers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Administration, Business or related fields.

  • 1–3 years in consulting, process analysis or continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of data analysis and BI (Power BI, Tableau).

  • Intermediate SQL and Python.

  • Experience in automation or Lean/Six Sigma desirable.

  • Fluent English.

  • Skills: critical thinking, customer focus, time management, adaptability.
